The Building Process
1 - Consult
Once you determine we are a good fit for you, we will set up a meeting with to discuss your specific wants and needs. During the consultation we will discuss which model, and features you would like for your build.
2 - Technical Prep
After deciding on the model and features that you want, we will work closely with you and the county to secure all the mandatory building and land use permits to make sure everything is good to go before moving on to site-prep.
3 - Site Prep
Shortly after getting all technical aspects approved, we will begin site-prep. Our team will inspect your site and begin foundation work, as well as installing all of the neccesary electrical, and plumbing services needed prior to unit delivery.
4 - Build
This is where the real work starts. Synchronously during the site prep stage, we will begin building your ADU off-site at our facility, following all the specifications discussed during the consultation phase.
5 - Delivery/Install
Once the construction of your ADU is completed, we will transport the unit from our facility to your site and quickly install it on its foundation. Your new ADU will be immediatley ready to enjoy once we have secured it to the foundation and made all of the neccessary plumbing and electrical hookups!
